Our In-Ground Hoarding system generally uses a 3.3m long post that is concreted into place. This can be dug by hand or by using one of 3 tonne machines. These use an Auger to mechanically dig the holes. They range in size from a .300 auger bit to a .600m.
Once the posts have been set in, we fix 4 number rails to the front and then screw ply onto the rails. The ply is undercoated to whatever colour scheme our client requires. These sheets are then glossed on-site and finished with fascia to the top and bottom and cover strips if required.
Free Standing Hoarding
Our Free-standing Hoarding is comprised of .600 x .600 x .600m Kentledge blocks which then have a 2.4m high post attached to them using our Bolt to Block cleat sets. Then it has 4 no 4.8m sawn rails attached, and finally the ply.
The ply is undercoated to suit whatever colour scheme our client is looking for. This can then be finished with Fascia fixed to the top and bottom and also cover strips. These are all painted in our workshop.
We use our Hi-ab lorry to distribute and place our blocks wherever they are needed.
